Vineria Piemontemare — Restaurant in Gavi

On a whim while in the nearby areas we decided to do some wine tasting of the famous Gavi. Quickly without much hesitation this was organised for us. The greetings where as expected warm and friendly and showed us where our tasting will occur. As it was short notice this was done at their osteria and vineria shop in town. The owner himself Roberto Ghio took care of our tasting and what a tasting it was. It was such a pleasure not only learning the different wines and how they are produced but also getting insights into the multi generation of this amazing vinyard. He also took time to talk with us about various other wines and general chitchat which is very different from some of the other very formal corporate style wine tasting we've done before. la mia esperienza qui è paradisiaca un giorno si un giorno no sono qui a mangiarmi le fantastiche ostriche buone con le crudite ' fresche e buone poi ultimamente ho assaggiato il vitello tonnato fatto dallo chef che è buonissimo quasi tutto quello che ho mangiato qui è fresco e buono ma poi freschezza qualità bontà nel gusto locale bello ambiente bello familiare ottimo voulute' e vini buoni e da cliente dico cibo fresco buono ambiente bello personale gentile simpatico qualificato soprattutto roberto e pippi ma anche tutto il personale ricordo chi si lamenta delle porzioni che è una vineria quindi i piatti sono degustazioni avete capito se no se volete piatti piu abbondanti ce il ristorante sempre piemontemare andate e rimarrete contenti parola di stefania una...

Il locale che ci voleva, a Gavi! all'insegna dell'accoglienza, del buon bere e con un menu alla carta di piattini deliziosi della tradizione ligure-piemontese (non mancano i ravioli!). Dall'inaugurazione il 19 dicembre 2022, la Vineria Piemontemare ha ricevuto tanti consensi con tante persone che si sono congratulate con Roberto Ghio per la bellissima location. Finalmente una vineria dove si potranno degustare i migliori Gavi Docg e molte altre etichette, in abbinamento a piatti sfiziosi tutti da scoprire. Lo abbiamo provato e ne siamo rimasti contenti. Prezzi giusti per la qualità dei cibi e dei vini. Personale cortese e sempre pronto per un consiglio sui vini e sugli abbinamenti....
