We went for dinner and we ordered seabars and a pizza. The pizza was okay, not very good and the fish was good but only served with fries, which was not necessarily fitting. We had a quick stopover in Gela for lunch. We decided to go here as the reviews were good. The food is average, took a long time to be served. Apart from from that, the owner decided to smoke a cigar on the toilets which could be smelled from far away. Going to the bathroom afterwards was more than disgusting. The food was some of the best I've ever had in my life. The restaurant has a warm, family atmosphere, and the chef himself serves the dishes, which are simply delicious. The service definitely deserves 5 stars—if I could, I’d give 10. I warmly invite everyone to enjoy a meal at Salvo’s (the owner of the restaurant).
