If you're ever in Genova and looking for an unforgettable gelato experience, this is the place to go! Alessio, the ice-cream man, is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with such warmth and friendliness. He insisted we try as many flavours as we liked – and he really meant it! Generous taste tests kept coming, each one more delicious than the last. When it came time to order, the portions were incredibly abundant – and Alessio didn’t hold back on the extras! He piled on crispy wafer biscuits and made sure everything looked (and tasted) perfect. At one point, he even came outside with a few paper towels just to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Such a thoughtful touch that really stayed with us. After touring Genoa in the heat, my family happened upon this amazing gelateria close to our cruise ship. Alex was outstanding! Friendly, welcoming and had a sincere happiness to serve gelato.
