This was the first cafe my wife and I stopped at once we arrived in Italy. The atmosphere was so welcoming, and the staff was so patient with us trying to order for the first time in Italian.

The coffee was absolutely delicious, but the brioches ended up being the absolute best we had our entire trip! We ended up getting the same flavors at each patisserie we went to and none were better than the ones...

Se vi trovate a Nervi e desiderate gustare un caffè vivendo un’esperienza un po’ diversa dal solito, vi consiglio vivamente di fare una sosta in questa torrefazione. Qui troverete caffè tostati provenienti da tutto il Sud America, oltre che da altri angoli del mondo, proposti a un prezzo assolutamente onesto — certo, leggermente superiore rispetto a quello di un caffè standard, ma ampiamente giustificato dalla qualità. Potrete farvi macinare i chicchi al momento o lasciarvi guidare dalle miscele sapientemente curate dal titolare. Il tutto è accompagnato da un cioccolatino aromatizzato e un bicchiere d’acqua, per completare l’esperienza. In questo locale, il momento del caffè viene valorizzato e trasformato in un piccolo rito quotidiano, tanto da rendere questa torrefazione un vero e proprio punto di riferimento per gli amanti del caffè a Genova, in particolare nella zona di Nervi.
