YUXI — Restaurant in Gorizia

We visited last week for the first time...service was bad, one waiter on about 8 tables.

Decor is modern. Has many tables. 2 asian guys spotted at counter.

Buffet was 20€ per person

LOTS of choice on menu, more than Oishi

I took all of the dumpling starters...they were nice, served very fast.

The flavours however were not as good as Oishi which we visited a few times. The mixed seafood cone I discarded because the grilled seafood was cold inside as if it were grilled in the morning and placed in fridge, so not freshly grilled. Afraid of food poisoning, not.knowing how its stored, so emptied the cone and just had the rice.

The deserts seem to be frozen mass produced...this was clearly very cheap (frozen cheesecake, chocolate hazelnut something..) which were very disappointing as there are many options in the area to get quality deserts.

Conclusion, we won't return as Oishi is more low key and has better quality, more Asians, better...

Great sushi restaurant! The ordering process is a bit unconventional as it's done entirely through an app, but the sushi was served quickly and efficiently. My boyfriend and I ordered a total of 80 pieces of sushi (20 types x 4 pieces) and 5 temaki rolls. With a beer and 1L of water, the total bill was just 37 EUR, which is an incredible value for the quality and quantity of food we received. Highly recommend for a unique dining experience and...

The all you can eat is the same price as one order of something. So even though its a good location for eating alot of food, at the same time you feel scammed if you just want to order one meal...

Also customer service spoke english when we first talked to her, but after we asked alot of questions, suddenly she acted like she didnt understand...
