Trattoria Al Pescatore — Restaurant in Grado

This review considers that our experience probably was an unlucky one-time thing and doesn't reflect the average experience in this restaurant.

One person of our party ordered spaghetti as first course, and fish as second. The others ordered only fish. Only we got the fish, and he got nothing. After we had eaten our entire meal and he had still recieved nothing, we asked where his food was, and they ensured that his food was coming. We asked again, and only then after 10 minutes did they bring his fish, but not his pasta, which never came. The staff was very apologetic, although it was a very obvious mistake and we asked multiple times.

The food was very delicious though, but the servings are very small, unfortunately. For an adult male, a normal meal is not enough do you'll end up paying more for side dishes.

The Waiters are very nice, helpfull and speak alot of languages. Theres a hood amount of options on the menu and the allergens are marked so gluten free is possible. The fish is fresh and it tastet great, but nothing too special. Its more pricy than others and the portions were small. You get like a pretty hard to eat mini polenta, so you have to order sides, or else you wont get full. I got Doggish and he got Mullet. My friend ordered pasta for starters and fish for the main menu. In the end I finished eating before he even got anything to eat, and the pasta never came. I think they forgot his order. Getting a table on a Saturday without reservation was a bit difficult, that however was a good first signal. The waiter was very attentive, friendly and dedicated to get us a table.
