Es gibt auf der Karte ausreichend Auswahl an guten Speisen aber das Menu las sich so einladend das wir es nahmen. Das Fleischmenu für 30€ und das Fischmenu für 25€. Alles mit Vorspeise, 2 Gerichten Dessert, Wein und Nachtisch inklusive. Wir waren über die Qualität und die Reichhaltigkeit sehr überrascht und angetan. Am Anfang der Bestellung wollten wir 2 Desserts austauschen was zwar bejaht wurde aber später dann nicht mehr zum tragen kamm. Man war überrascht und verstand uns nicht, auch hat der Service ab dem Moment nach gelassen, man ignorierte uns und dabei war noch nicht einmal was schlimmes passiert. Den Cafe und Limoncello bekammen wir nicht mehr und somit hat der Service die Bewertung leider, für uns, runtergezogen. Auf der Webseite steht das man sich in 4 Sprachen verständigen kann was aber nicht geklappt hat. Quälität und Menge mehr als ausreichend, der Service ist noch ausbaufähig. ———————————— C'è un sacco di buon cibo nel menu, ma il menu era così invitante che abbiamo preso. Il menù carne a 30€ e quello pesce a 25€. Tutte con antipasto, 2 piatti dessert, vino e dessert inclusi. Siamo rimasti molto sorpresi e impressionati dalla qualità e dalla ricchezza. All'inizio dell'ordine volevamo scambiare 2 dessert che si erano affermati ma che in seguito non avrebbero più dovuto essere indossati. Erano sorpresi e non ci capivano, anche il servizio è diminuito da quel momento, ci hanno ignorato e non era successo niente di male. Non abbiamo più avuto il Caffè e il Limoncello e così il servizio purtroppo, per noi, ha abbassato il rating. Sul sito si dice che è possibile comunicare in 4 lingue, ma non ha funzionato. At the beginning of the order we wanted to exchange 2 desserts which were affirmed but later no longer to wear. They were surprised and did not understand us, the service also decreased from that moment, they ignored us and nothing bad had even happened. We didn't get the Cafe and Limoncello any more and so the service unfortunately, for us, pulled down the rating. 29/09 spinti dalle ottime recensioni Prenotiamo la mattina un tavolo per 7 alle ore 14. Arriviamo e troviamo il nostro tavolo già pronto e questo era un buon segnale. Chiediamo se possibile di farci mettere fuori "vista lago" e ci viene gentilmente concesso anche perché il tavolo che ci avevano preparato era per 6 ma ci saremmo stati, stretti, ma ok. Qui è l'inizio del delirio che avevamo avvertito già dentro, abbandonati a noi stessi con i menù per ben 30 minuti. Dopo aver chiesto almeno le bevande ci viene chiesto cosa volessimo. Puntiamo al menù valtellinese, ma ci viene detto che non c'è più nulla di quel menù. Cambiamo i nostri piani, optiamo, essendosi fatte già le 14:45 per 3 taglieri di antipasti. Taglieri arrivati, con esasperazione, alle 15:35 e nel mezzo non siamo stati più calcolati avendo finito le bevande e rimasti senza 1 tovagliolo sin dall'inizio. Taglieri porzione scarsa. Una fetta di salume a testa. Attendiamo l'arrivo dei primi, ore 16 e viene dimenticato un primo piatto. Tagliatelle ai funghi porcini di scarsa quantità e soprattutto qualità. Il tutto nel delirio della gente che si lamentava in ogni tavolo (altro tavolo ha disdetto ordine di alcuni piatti perché in attesa da 2 ore!!!!!!) Viene portato il secondo a quello che non aveva ricevuto il primo e dopo 10 minuti ancora con il secondo davanti gli viene portata la tagliatella dimenticata. Ah, sono andato al bancone a prendermi le bevande e portarmele da solo al tavolo, così come il tovagliolo mancante.

Pazzesco, pensavamo di essere su scherzi a parte quando portando il dolce ad uno dei miei amici, e dopo aver espresso disappunto per il servizio e per i piatti, la cameriera ha detto, magari ti fa schifo come il resto dei piatti mangiati. E ne è nato un ennesimo dibattito.

Scemi si ma non fino all'ultimo, non ce ne siamo andati perché ormai erano le 15:30 quando la cosa era diventata inaccettabile. Ore 17:15 esasperati ci siamo alzati per andare alla cassa e fortunatamente ci viene fatto lo sconto, almeno quello, ma soprattutto ci viene chiesto scusa per la giornata.

Purtroppo non posso salvare il tutto con delle scuse, è stato veramente eccessivo e inaccettabile.

3 persone di sala per 100 coperti (forse qualcuno in più) sono poche, non c'è stata attenzione al cliente ma non c'è stata nemmeno sincerità ne amore verso il proprio lavoro, ed infine pure la faccia tosta di prenderci in giro con commentini.

Se volete evitare di vivere situazioni surreali, evitatelo.

La Fattoria is a restaurant with a beautiful terrace. We made a reservation the day off vor 6 o'clock (they open at 6) and when we arrived we got a spot at the edge of the terrace with the perfect view over lake como. The staff were all very kind and helpful, with enough people who spoke decent english. They also had plenty of knowledge about the wines and such. The food came in no time, and was delightful. At the end we were offered a shot of limoncello on the house! While we were there there were also many children, which the restaurant cators to very well (keep in mind they'll be there:)). You definitly get your money's worth!

Keep in mind it is fairly high up the mountain, which means you'l have to drive up small bendy roads to get there, and you won't be...
