Ristorante & Pizzeria al Ponte — Restaurant in Gravedona ed Uniti

We celebrated new years here. But the food was sadly not good. The antipasto was not presented well and the puff pastry was rock solid. The pasta was alright but clearly lacked salt. The meat was the most disappointing. It was close to raw and the sauce lacked in flavor. All of this food accompanied with cheap wine didn't make for a good dinner.

Service was not really professional. No proper staff, which made everything just look a little clumsy. There was a DJ at the party which was their saving grace.

Then at last the interior. Some of these come down to taste like the paintings or the plates which were not for me. But cheap ikea lamps and not properly washed napkins made me...

PROPRIETARI DAVVERO PESSIMI. siamo un gruppo di ragazzi di 7 persone che entrano in questo ristorante, all'inizio veniamo accolti calorosamente, di seguito iniziamo ad ordinare 2 antipasti di sciatt 10 euro al piatto con 8 pezzi ... considerando che gli sciatt sono fatti con un cubetto di formaggio rivestiti con una pastella ricavata dalla farina 00 e acqua (componenti molto economici , ok farli pagare 10 euro al piatto ma per lo meno mettici qualcosa in piu').

notiamo che alcuni tavoli venuti dopo di noi vengono serviti prima !!!!!!!

successivamente all'antipasto dopo un'ora e mezza arrivano i primi , io ordino il piatto tipo locale RISOTTO AL PERSICO, peccato che il risOTto era asciutto e il persico secchissimo , sapeva piu' di impanatura che di pesce. una mia amica ordina penne alla zafferano anche questo piatto uscito malissimo.

arriviamo al dolce, 2 dei 4 dolci ordinati erano congelati , avvisiamo il cameriere e prontamente si mette all'opera per risolvere il problema, dopo un paio di minuti ritorna il cameriere col lo stesso dolce, con UNA PARTE MANCANTE CON UN LATO SCIOLTO E LA PARTE FINALE ANCORA GELIDA.

INFASTIDITI DAL SERVIZIO RESO ABBIAMO CHIESTO IL CONTO PER UN TOTALE DI 196 EURO.

CI SIAMO LAMENTATI PER IL SERVIZIO NON CORRISPETTIVO ALLA SOMMA RICHIESTA DALLA PROPRIETARIA CHE SE NE ESCE CON (IL LOCALE ERA PIENO E' NORMALE CHE LE PORTATE SONO ARRIVATE IN RITARDO....... PECCATO CHE CI SARANNO STATE 30 COPERTI AL MASSIMO.(non ha nemmeno tentato di scusarsi dal servizio pessimo)

chiediamo di pagare il conto separato e ci viene detto di no. alla fine tra varie discussioni ci anno scontato 16 euro per via dei dolci congelati....

Packed with locals, nice interesting interior, very Italian atmosphere. First evening we had risoto ossobuco and it was amazing! One of the best meals we ever eaten. Also the wine carafe was very nice. Next evening we tried pasta with bolognese and peperoni sauce - both were quite a disappointment… pasta was not fresh, the sauce tasted cheap. But it costs 9€ each, so we were not angry :) The desserts were nice, I just don’t understand why they need to put a store-bought topping on every dessert - it kills the nice taste and...
