Our stay at "Bella Vita Residence" was absolutely fantastic. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with all instructions sent ahead of time making arrival effortless. The apartment was spotless, with a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a joy. Waking up to the breathtaking balcony view was a highlight of real vacation. Due to time constraints, we regret to miss the swimming pool. Its panoramic view of Lake Como; looked incredible! Bella Vita location was ideal, with supermarkets (Iperal, Penny), restaurants, and transport options just few minutes away. A huge thank you to "Riccardo and his father" for their hospitality, always responsive, kind, and ready to help. If we return to the region, we shall definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette résidence qui nous offre une vue incroyable sur le lac de Côme. La piscine/jacuzzi est le vrai atout de cette résidence. Nous remercions particulièrement Riccardo qui a été toujours très gentil et accueillant dès nôtre arrivée. Il a toujours été là pour la moindre question. La résidence est à 5min maximum d’un supermarché, c’est très pratique. On peut également facilement rejoindre des petites plages qui se situent à environ 15 minutes à pied. Le centre de Gravedona n’est pas loin et est très mignon. Nous recommandons vivement la résidence la Bella Vita.

The place was extremely clean, well equipped and offered a great view. The kitchen has all necessary amenities. Parking is inside of a large garage, which is safe and accessible via remote. The swimming pool area is great with plenty of loungers and the water temperature is perfect after a hot day. There’s several food, water sport, and hiking opportunities nearby. The lake is at few minutes reach via foot and there are also several parking spots at the beach. The surrounding location feels very safe and people in the nearby area are friendly. Sleeping was a very quiet and very dark experience thanks to the thick blinds. The balconies are great for drying clothes with the available drying rack, and to eat. The place also has an elevator. Wonderful place, beautiful view, incredible stay!!! ❤️

This was a wonderful stay at Bella Vita Residence, one of the most beautiful places around lake Como. We stayed in a modern apartment with a fantastic panoramic view. The apartment exceeded our expectations, very clean with well equipped kitchen with most of what you need. Beautiful pool with jacuzzi and incredible view.

The location is in a calm and very peaceful area and only a walk away from restaurants.

Riccardo is a great host - very helpful and friendly. We were helped in every aspect. There is parking inside the Residence where you can leave your car.

We will definitely go back again and I  highly recommend Bella Vita Residence!
