Final night of our honeymoon we came here due to the great reviews, and to be honest it didn’t quite live up to it for me. The tuna tartare was fabulous but then the spaghetti vongole & grilled prawns were fairly average. Husband had fish of the day which was a lot better. Service was pretty good but definitely felt we were a bit second tier to those staying at the hotel? Still would recommend but it’s not the 5/5...

Un luogo che incanta già al primo sguardo: il Ristorante Nibilù regala una vista spettacolare sul porto di Ischia e sul suggestivo Castello Aragonese, un panorama che da solo vale la visita. L’ambiente fine ed allo stesso tempo sobrio e l’atmosfera intima lo rendono perfetto sia per una cena romantica che per una serata speciale con amici. La cucina è un vero viaggio nei sapori, interpretata con gusto e raffinatezza. La tartare di tonno è sensazionale, l’antipasto di mare freschissimo, le linguine al ragù di totani, un piatto ricco di carattere, la delicatezza delle linguine con gamberi e zafferano e la treccia di branzino su crema di zucchine affumicate, pomodorini confit e polvere di olive nere, cucinata e servita alla perfezione. Da non perdere i dolci, in particolare il cannolo rivisitato: una piccola opera d’arte di pasticceria. Ottima anche la carta dei vini e dei distillati, curata e ben assortita. A completare l’esperienza c’è l’accoglienza calorosa e al tempo stesso discreta della proprietaria Rosa, capace di far sentire ogni ospite a proprio agio.
