Sopravvento — Restaurant in Isola del Giglio

So at first, we are professional eaters, from 3 Stars Michelin down to Leberkässemmerl at the trainstation. In Giglio we try a lot of different Restaurants, the most are expensive and have nothing special. This we try: La veccia pergola i think the best in harbour... La Grotta del pescadore the captain should fish again by his self... La Margherita one of the worst i ever was in italy! And i was also in caorle... Doria much mistakes, tourism restaurant Sopravvento he wants to be a star restaurant and it is not... Maria fine and real restaurant, 100% italy! Zio meino real, good, cheap. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! Riprovato dopo qualche anno MA anche con la nuova gestione peggio di prima! Una stella sola per il cibo è anche troppo!!! Abbiamo preso due primi con astice blu (come detto da loro) con paccheri e due calici di prosecco totale € 95,00. Non proprio poco ma regolarissimo se fossero stati due primi appunto con astice, peccato fossero,invece, due primi al semplicissimo pomodoro perché COMPLETAMENTE INSAPORI con il crostaceo privo di polpa al suo interno e pochissima nel condimento e per nulla amalgamati!!! Il nostro errore è stato quello di mangiarli( è stata lunga l'attesa avebamo fame) anziché mandarli indietro così come erano stati serviti. Quello che sicuramente è stato molto brutto è stata la COMPLETA NON CURANZA da parte del titolare oppure chi per esso perché chiaramente il tutto è stato fatto presente molto nei particolari come sopra descritti. Non vorrei che in questo locale si adottasse la politica del turista "mordi e fuggi" perché noi sono svariati anni che veniamo al Giglio (MERAVIGLIOSO) ,più volte l'anno anche,e sempre trovati MOLTO BENE, in locali che per correttezza non faccio i nomi ma sottinteso sono dello stesso livello!!!
