Pappa e citti — Restaurant in Jesi

In the seven days I spent in Italy (visiting Jesi, Ancona and Milan), this was by far the best meal and service I experienced.

I had the spaghetti dish with the prawns and I could have eaten it another 25 times, it was so nice. I was blown away by how welcoming the hosts were too.

I couldn't help but feel the restaurant's cosying warmth, similar to eating at your grandma's house, and the food was a great example of Sardinian cuisine.

As a foreign traveller, who was initially sceptical, this is definitely a place I'd recommend...

I would not have found this place without a recommendation but glad that I did. A little bit of Sardinia just outside the city walls. I had melted pecorino on thin crispbread, delicate lemon flavoured ravioli, sardinian biscuits with mirto, a robust red wine and coffee. My favorite place and a MUST to come see if you are in Jesi! The owner is so attentive and you can tell he puts his heart and soul into the food here.
