The restaurant looked quite modern and when we arrived we were seated quickly. At the beginning, we ordered drinks, which came quite quickly, however the problems started when we ordered the pizza. We had waited for 45 minutes for our pizzas, even though we started asking the waiters about it after 20 minutes, as the guests, who came after us, already got theirs. One of the waiters who knew some English had told us, that it should be here in a few minutes and we waited another 20 minutes. During this we also ordered a beer which never came. When the pizzas finally came they looked delicious at first. They get 2 starts for the ingredients, as we found them delicious and of high quality, however the pizza dough wasn’t the best. It seems fluffy on the pictures, however when you bite into it it tastes like hard bread and has no flavour whatsoever. The pizzas also seem, as if the dough is baked beforehand and the ingredients are placed on it afterwards, so the dough is not juicy and tasty at all.

I believe that some people might have had a 5 star experience, as the other tables around us were served quickly with no problems. It only has occurred at our table, however even if the service went right, the pizza was a 3...

The place it’s really nice in terms of decór and ambience. Dogs are allowed in and staff is VERY friendly. Upon entering you will see the kitchen, it’s great to see the chefs making pizza in front of your eyes.

When it comes to the pizza, it is not extraordinary… but it’s ok. Expect a smaller pizza, and with a large ‘napoletana’ border.

Double check ingredients before ordering if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.

The service was good in terms of timing, again, super pleased with the staff.

However management should address the following issues:

1- vegetarian/vegan pizzas should be highlighted so customers don’t read description of the pizza (and guess which pizzas are suitable for them because not all ingredients are listed.) 2- the female restroom should not have sinks in common with male users. It is extremely uncomfortable for a woman to be waiting in line for the toilet and seeing men going in and out of their cubicles (and sometimes leaving the bathroom without even washing...

Nice and clean restaurant, gluten-free pizza WITH vegan cheese!! I visited this place with my husband and 2 kids and we had excellent pizza. For normal pizza you have 3 options for the dough, we tried whole wheat and it was great! They have gluten-free pizza with vegan cheese so it is a great opportunity for people with gluten and milk protein diet. The free pizzas were excellent, my kid never had so much of a free pizza. The suff is friendly and the are very nice to the kids too. My kids got some gifts from the restaurant, beachballs, and they loved it so much! :) I recommend this place.
