Cinque stelle non bastano!

From the outside it looks like an average snack bar, nothing fancy. The menu appeared to be good value and I was taken by the platter of sliced meats which looked very appealing. My wife said I shouldn't get too excited as the menu photo was obviously that of the shared platter for two people.

In any case, we sat inside and I ordered the meat platter while my wife opted for the platter of grilled vegetables.

From her seat my wife could see the proprietor prepare the dish, slicing the various meats.

What a surprise when the platter of meat arrived and it was as big as that shown in the photo. My wife's dish was equally generous.

The meats had wonderful flavour and melted in the mouth, as did the grilled vegetables.

With a pint of beer and a glass of wine, the bill was only €26. Excellent food and service at a good price.

I must also say that the owner and the waitress were warm and welcoming.

Da fuori sembra uno snack bar qualsiasi, niente di speciale, ma il menu mi ha convinto (in particolare la foto del piattone di affettati misti).

Siamo entrati e ho ordinato quel piattone di affettati mentre mia moglie ha optato per la versione con verdure alla griglia.

Che sorpresa quando i piattoni sono arrivati, tutti e due grandi e di sapori meravigliosi.

Per tutto questo, con una birra grande e un calice di vino frizzante, ho pagato €26 che è decisamente un buon affare.

Con staff caloroso, amichevole e accogliente questo posto è conisiglatissimo.

Che dire .. non scrivo se devo esser negativo perché penso sempre che la giornata storta capiti .. Devo però scrivere per questo locale. Piccolo ma grande.. semplice ma completo.. povero ma ricchissimo.. Grande, completo e ricchissimo. Ci capiti per sbaglio se non lo conosci già e ti metti il punto sulla mappa per tornare. Titolare cortese, amichevole e .. ti senti a casa. Personale che continua a dare quella sensazione. Il cibo ? Beh negare la bontà e l'originalità è impossibile, medesima situazione sulle coccole del beverages, aperitivo birra cocktail.. chiedi e ti sarà dato... Alla fine chiedi il conto e pensi che si siano sbagliati, così poco per tutto ciò a due passi dal mare sulla via principale...
