We had had a look around for somewhere nice to eat and saw Fabbrica , the menu looked varied and tasty. It was a good choice , something for all in our family. Our server ROCCO was fab u lous ! From thier wonderful crafted moustache to their attentiveness. Offered booth seating initially which for me was not comfortable, due to mobility issues, our table was changed and sorted 👍

The food was well prepared & well presented We had a selection of starters (4) altogether Tartar, salmon, jalapeños, chicken Skewers 1st courses linguine with pistachio pesto, Salmon pasta , pasta and Angus beef. Lovely 😍 We couldn't manage mains and popped to desserts , strawberry cheesecake, mango sorbet ( livy and sharp with a sweet crumb) and pannacotta , Nutella and some added strawberry 🍓 Thankyou Rocco for getting half and half ! Had a brilliant experience here! I had a Tomahawk steak and fries, it was super, one of the best steaks I have had in a long time. It was a little bit on the pricey but I'd say it's worth it. My partner had a lasagne and that was vert tasty and very filling. I have added photos of both meals so it can give you an idea. The service from the staff was brilliant, nothing was to much hassle. Where do I start? The lady server (the only one that works there) only came up 1 time to take my order and never came back. Not to ask, how was your food? Do you want a refill? Nothing on those lines. The Gorgonzola steak I ordered came back RAW. I have never sent a steak back in my entire life until I was at the restaurant. The best thing they served was the free bread.
