L'Approdo — Restaurant in Jesolo

We had reserved a table and got the menus. Had to wait a short while to order but in reasonable time. We got a small appertizer as an extra, however we did not get the wine we ordered which was a bit strange. When we got our main dishes I asked about the wine which started some confusion from the waiters. After a while the waitress that we gave the order to came and apologized that she had forgot and the wine was not in stock, so we ordered another bottle instead. So half way into the main dish we finally got out wine. When we had finished eating I asked for the bill several times and it took almost 15min until I got it. No discount on the bill and to make matters worse they out in 8.5 euro more than the real amount was so I had to make them correct it. I thought this was good place in Jesolo but it seems to be like most of the other restaurants here. My advice would be to stick to the beach...

My favorite restaurant in that whole area in Jesolo. The staff and the owner are amazing and the food is delicious of course. The Mediterranean seared Tuna Salad, the agnolotti with truffles and the octopus are especially tasty. Even the Pizza is great. Seriously this is by far the only place that actually feels like Italy real Italy and not one of the thousands of restaurants here that serve the same mediocre food like everyone else. A truly excellent restaurant with very nice and friendly staff who are able to converse in English and German very well. The food is to a high standard and presented beautifully. We have really enjoyed eating here and what stood out from other restaurants is the relaxed atmosphere.
