We had an excellent dinner here! The food was superb, tasty and really well prepared, the cook is very good. The service on the other hand is second to none, really enjoyed the professional and humorous attitude of the only young woman ( Alessia?)that does the service. Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata davvero negativa. Siamo arrivati con buone aspettative, ma già all’ingresso abbiamo avuto l’impressione di trovarci in una struttura trascurata, quasi fatiscente. L’accoglienza è stata fredda e ci siamo sentiti come se stessimo entrando in casa di qualcuno, piuttosto che in un locale aperto al pubblico. L’atmosfera era tutt’altro che ospitale.

Il problema maggiore, però, è stato igienico: durante il pasto ci siamo trovati con una quindicina di mosche sul pane e altrettante che volavano intorno ai piatti. Una situazione francamente inaccettabile. Siamo rimasti soltanto per educazione, per non crearci l’imbarazzo di andarcene subito, ma a fine serata eravamo preoccupati per le possibili conseguenze sanitarie.

Dispiace dirlo, perché la proprietaria si è mostrata gentile e ha riconosciuto che il problema delle mosche c’è, ma non basta. La gestione dell’igiene dovrebbe essere una priorità assoluta, a prescindere da tutto. Non si può pensare di servire cibo in queste condizioni.

Quanto alla cucina, purtroppo nulla che possa risollevare il giudizio: piatti semplici, poco curati, e con una qualità che definire mediocre sarebbe generoso. Sinceramente, cucinavo meglio io a quindici anni.
