La città di Pulcinella — Restaurant in Lecce

Had to wait a little bit for a takeaway (I've no problem with this btw and they told me there would be a wait), but when I tentativily sat down on a chair the waitress barked at me to get up as she need the table in 10 minutes, and I then asked if I could take a chair from one of the 3 other empty tables and she said to me 'bello mio siamo full FULL', just being rude for no reason. They still had loads of free tables when I left no shortage of chairs. Chef was really nice found me a place to sit on the stairs when he saw how horrible the waitress was being. I've lived here for 5 years and it used to be one of the best places, now many other competitors have opened and it's hard not to just go them when the staff in Pulcinella...

Updated Updated review 24th August 2023 - (its impossible to do more than one review for a place on google) - I have revisited Pulcinella twice in the past month and on both occasions the pizza has been fantastic, perfectly cooked and arrived in a super quick time. The staff have been friendly and helpful and the beer is always ice cold which is perfect for the hot summer nights. I'm lucky to have this Pizzeria as my local and i definitely recommend. I'll be back again soon.

Ho effettuato un ordine alle ore 20 tramite Glovo la consegna Dell ordine era prevista alle 21.20 21.30 circa di cui mi è arrivata la arrivata una notifica spostando l'oratio di circa 30 minuti per poiricambiare orario, morale della favola alle ore 23 ho contattato telefonicamente mi hanno risposto dicendomi che l'ordine era pronto ma non è un parcheggio andato nessun Rider a prenderlo percui l'ordine sarebbe arrivato sicuramente freddo, mi hanno detto che se volevo potevo andare a prendere direttamente io al locale che mi avrebbero rifatto l'ordine. Però quello che mi hanno detto alle ore 23 considerando che sapevano che non c'erano rider già alle 21 e considerato che sull'ordine c'è bisogno anche il numero di cellulare avrebbero potuto contattarmi e alle 21 magari avrei scelto di andare a prendere l'ordine PROFUMATAMENTE PAGATO personalmente o scegliere di annullare o andare altrove, COSA CHE ALLE ORE 23.00 DOPO TRE ORE DI ATTESA HO DECISO DI PRENOTARE UN LA PIZZA AD'UNALTRO LOCALE. LO SCORSO SABATO ANCHE AVEVANO FATTO UN PAIO DI ORE DI RITARDO MA ALLA FINE DOPO MIO SOLLECITO ERANO RIUSCITI A PORTARE L'ORDINE..
