I would highly recommend this restaurant. I had the sardines as an appetizer, and the smoked deer for dinner. The sardines were delicious but the smoked deer was exquisite. Served under a smoke filled glass dome with potatoes it was one of the best cuts of meat I have had in my 69 years of life. Tender, juicy, and a strong but not overpowering smoke flavor it was a delight every bite. Service was quick, staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The young man at the door, the manager I presume, was very personable and treated us to a small glass of Amaro after dinner. Cost of dinner was less than a meal of this caliber should have cost. One of the few places around Lecco that has an allergens guide so a hit to start. They brought me out a different amuse voucher very tasty. I had suckling belly pork even saying it was a fatty cut( which is probably why I love it but great if you not had it before) OH had the wild boar pasta dish and cleared his plate.
