YOUTH TRAVELERS BEWARE. We were sleeping three to a two-person room and they kicked us out in the middle of the night because they said it’s “not possible” for the sleeping situation to work. It is possible, they just want to make as much money as they can by splitting people up into separate rooms. They were extremely rude and aggressive upon learning that there were three of us in the room. The next morning, they would not even let our third friend come upstairs to see us before we checked out that day. They are suspicious and only after your money! No empathy for fellow human beings. Every person that assisted us was like this. Only stay here if you need absolutely no additional help from the staff—they won’t be...

This hotel offers basic accommodation in the centre of Lecco. It's not luxurious but if has everything you need, it's very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. What more could you want. It doesn't have a restaurant but breakfast is served and there is a bar. The location is great: on lake Como. Some of the rooms face the lake (I did not choose that option because I was afraid it might be noisy). The rooms at the back face the mountains and they are very quiet. Everything is walking distance: restaurants, shops, train station, etc etc.|I would not hesitate to stay there again. Lecco is a good location to escape the crowds of others places...
