Hands down the best dinner / food we had in Levanto. From the food to the service to the vibes. We got a cute seat indoors but seated by the window so we could enjoy the fresh air while still appreciate the stunning interior design.
The octopus was cooked PERFECTLY and you get a good portion. We tried the special which was like a lasagna. It was decadent, rich, creamy. We also got a starter which was an aged smoked fish and I really enjoyed it. It was Smokey and because of the aging, the texture was a bit tougher than usual smoked fish but in a good way.
Finished our meal with the lemon dessert and it was the perfect way to end it.

We tried ravioli (“carbonara” and with seafood), salads, a “sheep” stew, a “pig cheek” and a pair of desserts (also had three beers and one glass of wine). We enjoyed what we had. For four people, I paid one hundred and twenty seven Euro (2.5 Euro cover charge imposed per person), and some of us left quite hungry (portions were small). Be prepared to spend at least two hours here and to be hungry, unless you don’t eat too much or are prepared to spend more...

The menu was greatly diverse across all courses and the dishes thenselves were incredibly delicious, whteher it was beef, pasta or fish.
Just as importantly the staff were helpful, patient and most importantly very warm and welcoming, you could tell they loved what they were doing. They made us feel right at home in the lovely space found down an alley marked by a lantern and a humble sign.
Come here if you're in Levanto or the nearby Cinque Terre restaurant. We definitely will if we are...
