Crotto dei Pescatori — Restaurant in Lezzeno

This unassuming restaurant initially didn't make it on the list of restaurants we wanted to try but our Airbnb host recommended it and we loved it!

The homemade pasta made it to the top bites we've tried on our 2 week trip through Portugal and Italy, inclusive of amazing tasting menus. It was so creamy and flavorful (unfortunately I can't remember the name but it was the first one on the menu and the waiter recommended it, see pic).

Being from NYC we're pretty picky about Pizza but we were fans. The thin crust was great and actually tasted very similar to Joe's (for any fellow New Yorkers reading this).

The tiramisu was exceptional--I had to stop myself from licking the bowl.

The value was also great considering we went to Filo yesterday and it was 3X the cost and the food here put Filo to shame.

I went to the Resturant - I was driving there and decided to find a local small place to eat and we did- be aware from the road going down- but it's totally worth it. The staff speak good English The location is heavenly remarkable Don't set inside - you are missing the life Outside with the waves sounds ! Your will enjoy it as I did Me and my kids asked for different types of food Pizza Spaghetti with sea food Calamari And all options were remarkable The good with the scenes makes the perfect moment I totally recommend visiting this place The prices is less higher than other similar places but totally understandable taking the location in consideration but still less...

It could seem like you are going anywhere as the restaurant is a bit hidden... But you are actually arriving at the heart of Italy. Never had before such a BRILLIANT dinner and a great experience. We tasted the pasta fresca with smoked trout, local cheeses and a pinsa and we were dying with every single bite. We finished the dinner with a Panna Cota and a great piece of cheesecake and it was like the perfect ending. We just enjoyed our date and we forgot about taking pictures, but believe me...
