First interaction: Chiara - very polite, delicate, professional and with a lot of patience, as I was not understanding Italian very well she explained “piano” all the dishes that I wanted to know.

As a lover of the fish this restaurant was the best for me 🐠 this is the place to eat fresh fish from the lake Como! The restaurant is owned by the chef, that is also a fisherman, so fishing by the day cooking by the night !

Started the dinner with a white wine from Lugana region, floral perfume but dry finish, loved it! 🍷

We had as a starter the famous appetizer called “Antipasto Misto Di Lago”, composed by fish cooked in 6 ways. Definitely a must try if you want to experience different tastes of the local fishes.

Primi piatti: I had the amazing Pasta Al cartoccio, was absolutely delicious and fresh, I would have never expected a pasta cooked Al forno to be fresh. And Laganelle al limone con bottarga di lavarello - nothing spectacular, for our taste was a basic Al limone pasta 🍝 But the plates, were enormously big for a primi piatti! Too big! 👌🏼

Secondi - Main course Persico Al burro e salvia - tasty dish, but the main intense flavor was the fried, butter and salvia, but not so much the fish. Scartuzel de lavarel - ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, I have to say that for a lake fish cooked in a paper with capers tomatoes and olives was amazing. Very tasty, fresh, delicate and definetly my type of cooking style! 👌🏼

Just amazing ! The service is incredible, we had Prosecco at arrival and the waitress took the time to explain all the dishes in a near perfect English. We then had the chance to walk in the kitchen in order to see how the fish was prepared which was a great experience. The restaurant has a lot of confidence in its employees and everything was pristine. The whole meal was delicious, we got linguine and fish cooked in three different ways, and dessert. Found this restaurant on Google offering seafood options. Made a booking via phone call. They have a valet who will find a parking spot for you if you are coming in your car. The seating area is quite nice with both indoor and outdoor seating options.

We ordered fish and chips and Pasta with fish. They have locally sourced fish from the lake so it’s not like typical fish and chips but still tasted good enough for the kids. We also tried desert, their 3 cakes and all tasted very good.
