Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this restaurant. A lady working as staff, who even called herself the manager, treated us with the worst attitude imaginable. Despite repeated promises, she never delivered our food. First, she told us it would take half an hour, then an hour. After over an hour of waiting, she just stared at us from across the room and never came back.

When I finally went to complain after waiting an additional 15 minutes, she escalated the situation completely out of proportion, even threatening to call the police. To top it off, she told us to "go back to our country." Unbelievable.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. You deserve...

Ich kann diese Durchschnittsbewertungen absolut nicht verstehen, auf der anderen Seite wiederum doch, da das Hauptklientel hier wohl die üblichen“Maggi-Geschmacks“-Menschen sind 😇

Die Location wird ihren Umsatz in jedem Fall machen, aufgrund der wirklich exponierten Lage am Ende des ersten Strandabschnitts .

Auf ein Getränk kann man hier durchaus mal hin, um kurz ein wenig auf der Dachterrasse zu chillen, da ist das Ambiente ganz passabel und vielleicht auch nicht ganz so laut .

Wir waren hier mit neun Personen, das war eine ziemliche Katastrophe, es war super super laut, der Service ist eigentlich nicht vorhanden, kein nettes Wort, Dauerstress und man kann die Rechnung auch nur auf maximal zwei Familien aufteilen.

Alles irgendwie verständlich, so einigermaßen, wenn dann das Essen nicht wäre.

Nur um es richtig einzuordnen. Es ist nicht explizit schlecht an sich, aber es ist halt Fastfood per Definition! Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ich in Italien eine solche Pizza essen würde… das ist fertig Standardzeug ausgelegt auf eine minimal Gastronomie mit viel Käse obendrauf. Kein selbst gemachter oder auch nur selbst glatt gemachter Teig auf italienischer Art die Pizza hat eher an eine American Style Pizza erinnert. Das relativ teure vegetarische Sandwich (18Eur) war einfach nur geschmacklos, auch wieder mit dem Versuch, das Ganze mit Käse als Geschmack Träger zu übertünchen…

Also, in Summe Massenabfertigung mit Standard Fastfood Kram, all das, was man eigentlich nicht im Urlaub braucht, wenn man in Italien ist… da gehe ich doch lieber 300 m vom Strand weg, um ein vernünftiges Restaurant zu kommen, wo man auch nicht mehr bezahlt und man sich auch zumindest unterhalten kann und noch eine Art von...

The bar is in a great location right next to the beach. The palms could be nicer, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Drinks were served super fast within 30 seconds, which was impressive! Free chips were a nice touch as well. There was some sand and trash on the floor, which was a bit off-putting, but it's understandable given the location. The pool being closed at 20:00 wasn't an issue for us since it’s open from 10:00 to 17:00. Overall, it’s a solid spot with room for improvement, but nothing that ruined...
