The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a pleasant atmosphere. Service was quick, and it’s great for families — there’s a separate kids’ menu, and the children’s meals arrived very quickly, which was a big plus.

Unfortunately, the food quality didn’t quite meet expectations this time. I found an insect in the salad. In the “mixed grilled meat with potatoes” dish, the meat was overcooked, dry, and overly salty — only the ribs were truly tasty. The kids’ macaroni with minced meat and the salmon dish were also too salty.

Not sure what was the reason, but we were treated distinctly worse than other guests. It is an industrial scale establishment so I'm not expecting superior service, but if waiters are exceedingly welcoming to other tables' guests and can't bother to smile at our table, we were made extremely unwelcome. Una delusione su tutti i fronti. Ordinato un antipasto e due primi. Antipasto arrivato subito perché erano delle olive ascolane piuttosto secche. Dopo almeno 45 minuti che ci hanno tolto il piatto dell'antipasto ci hanno chiesto se volevamo iniziare col secondo. Ma scherziamo? Nel frattempo la confusione regnava sovrana: per tre volte volevano servirci piatti ordinati da altri tavoli. La tavolata accanto a noi è andata almeno un paio di volte in cucina a lamentarsi perché era quasi un'ora che aspettavano. La grigliata di carne che ho ordinato non era sicuramente grigliata, ma forse alla piastra e poi ripassata al forno e i 5 pezzi di patate al forno di contorno erano intrisi di olio. Il top è stato un cameriere che ha prelevato dei piatti vuoti dalla tavolata accanto, li ha appoggiati sul nostro per andare bene a prendere i nostri. Per almeno un minuto abbiamo assistito il cameriere che giocava alla torre di Hanoi coi piatti: appoggia quello ovale, prendi quello tondo; riappoggia il tondo, prendi l'ovale... tutto sopra il nostro tavolo. È poi andato al tavolo accanto e stessa storia sotto l'occhio attonito del clienti... In conclusione: piatti di scarsa qualità e di prezzo molto alto paragonato alla qualità e alla quantità.
