Al Camping Ristorante Pizzeria — Restaurant in Lignano Sabbiadoro

The food was good but it didn't compensate for the terrible service. We had to wait about 40 minutes just for our order to be taken, and another 40 minutes for our food to arrive. Our drinks were completely forgotten, and it took half an hour to get them. Most of the waiters hardly spoke English, and some of them were extremely rude. They also never came to our table, and it seemed to be impossible to catch their attention. The communication between the waiters was very inefficient, therefore some of our orders got lost/forgotten. The self-service was confusing, and when we asked something from the staff, they basically sent us away with a rude response. In the end, we had to pay at a cashier's desk where they didn't give us the bill with the items that they charged us for...

So overall it was a very bad experience, I will never...

Arrivati in gruppo alle 21.30 con bimbi ,locale neanche pieno , camerieri inesperti a mio parere neanche informati del loro compito e quindi spaesati , abbiamo chiesto di ordinare , ci dicono niente cucina perché sono quasi le 22.00 😳😳😳 (una pizzeria ristorante di sabato sera in centro balneare ....!?xche non aprire solo dalle 12.00 alle 13.30 orario pausa lavoro ...!?) , vabbè amen ordiniamo pizze varie e da bere , attenzione ci dicono niente coca cola media ....non si può sforare orario di chiusura causa spina ,quindi solo bottiglie (da 0,45 così si guadagna di più lavorando meno ....!!!!) , personalmente ordino una verdure con porchetta ...mi chiedono ....ortolana o vegetariana ....rispondo la prima ......attendiamo un ora e venti ma veniamo serviti solo dopo averci irritati 😠 gentilmente !!!!! Nel frattempo persone arrivate dopo di noi ....vengono serviti con piatti vari ,pasta ecc .....ma la cucina non doveva chiudere alle 22,00!? Sollecitiamo almeno le pizze x i bimbi ...ci portano dei grissini 🙈🙈 verso le 23.25 scusandosi così ”””abbiamo molte pizze da asporto ....” ....dopo un ora di attesa arrivano le prime pizze surgelate .....pardon copie cinesi delle pizze surgelate 🧐🧐🧐🧐 d’altronde senza nessun gusto ....ci fa pensare .....forse neanche il pizzaiolo lavora più dopo le 22.00 ....ne ho la prova ...sulla mia pizza ortolana manca la porchetta ....pure il salumiere aveva terminato il turno alle 22.00 , mangiamo velocemente ....c’è il rischio di restare chiusi dentro 😩😩😩😩 ordiniamo il caffè e c’è lo servono misero e senza zucchero ......💪💪💪💪 qualcuno sarà medico dietologo e avrà pensato ...amaro fa meglio alla salute .....ci arriva però il conto .....15,00 euro a testa .....salato sufficientemente a differenza delle pizze ,dei grissini “stagionati” dal 2017!!!! Che dire ....ci hanno preso molto in giro ....è trattato con sufficienza ...ma il mio voto ..... è.....RIMANDATI A SETTEMBRE .....dopo un bel corso di cucina e pizzeria , un bel corso di cortesia .....un bel corso di umiltà ....!!!! Noi ripasseremo .....😂😂😂😂 ma per ora è anche questa una presa...

Very weak food; even store-bought ready-meals taste better. The woman who served us looked like she hated her job even more than we hated their food. They charge you for everything they set on the table (the colouring sheet, bread, breadsticks). It’s just a trap for the adjacent campsite and the people staying there.
