Excellent quality of food. Absolutely tasty and flavored. The menu is well studied with a combination of dishes of fresh fish but also meet. We had ‘spaghetti sartania’ which is a sort of seafood pasta and tomato sauce. After that, we shared a fish ‘all’acqua pazza’ also very tasty and and well balanced. We had the privilege to sit just in front of the kitchen therefore we could see all preparation steps in an extremely clean and tidy kitchen space. The owners were verily welcoming and kind to spend some time chatting with guests. The restaurant is very small with literally 4 tables inside and few more outside so it may not be easy to find a table without reservation. Highly recommended

There’s lots of street side restaurants on the main drag of Lipari but this unassuming place turned out to be so outstanding that we ate here two nights in a row because we wanted to sample more of there dishes. Portions are extremely generous and each dish, made with the freshest ingredients, is elevated from the traditional dishes found elsewhere, through the use of interesting ingredients/ garnishes like fresh tuna roe, samphire and bottarga. The guys are super helpful with wine selection as well and recommended excellent wines to pair with our meal.

. We chose this restaurant because of the good reviews but we were disappointed by our experience. The young waiter was excellent and had good English but the staff constantly bustled past in the tiny indoor area. The prawn cocktail nelson was basically shredded lettuce with a massive dollop of rose marie sauce and some tiny shrimps on top, although the orange and fennel salad was delicious. We chose to have fresh fish grilled with some mixed vegetables on the side. The fish was overcooked, the skin burnt so solid it was difficult to extract the flesh and the vegetables were soggy and...
