Die Karte beschränkt sich auf viele verschiedene Variationen von Paninis, die frisch mit regionalen Spezialitäten für jede Bestellung gemacht werden. Es gab noch einen Salat und Vorspeisenteller zur Auswahl. Gegessen haben wir den Vorspeisenteller, der mit Abstand der Beste in unseren zwei Kalabrien-Urlaub war, und zwei Paninis. Die Paninis werden frisch mit regionalen Zutaten belegt, zubereitet und warm serviert. Paninis sind sehr groß und mehr als ein Snack. In der Tat sind die Paninis jetzt keine Geschmacksexplosion mit ausgefallenen Cross-over Variationen aber es ist das was man von einer ehrlichen und bodenständigen Paninoteca erwarten kann. Frisch, regional und authentisch. Preis lag bei 30 Euro ohne Wein. Wein spielt in der Paninoteca eine wichtige Rolle. Es gab eine große Auswahl und ist für Liebhaber und Kenner mit Sicherheit ein Besuch wert.

Aquí, cada visitante se siente excepcionalmente importante y bienvenido. El Panini Dario es una obra maestra culinaria que se ha convertido en la carta de presentación del establecimiento. Están preparados con un sabor impecable, donde cada ingrediente juega su propia nota en una armonía de aromas. El Ricotto, otro plato que explota los sentidos del gusto, impresiona con su delicadeza y sofisticación. La magnífica vista desde las ventanas del restaurante añade el toque final a la imagen de una velada perfecta. El servicio aquí no es solo agradable, sino verdaderamente atento y personalizado. Este lugar es un verdadero oasis para los amantes de lo bello, donde cada detalle está pensado para que su visita deje una impresión imborrable.

People who give high stars definitely never really had good sandwiches… Or just poor tourists who cannot afford anything better than this. This is literally the simplest and most average sandwich you could ever have in the world, doesn’t worth the hype at all. Ingredients taste cheap as well, you can make this at home by yourself. Don’t know why the owner is so overconfident about their own 30 years’ recipe in the review, it’s just because in Lipari you don’t really have too many panini...
