A Memorable Dining Experience at Ireale Osteria Pizzeria

During our stay at Hotel Villa Marguerite, we were recommended to dine at Ireale Osteria Pizzeria, just a short walk away. Arriving around 8 PM, we were immediately struck by the lively atmosphere. Locals were streaming in, and the restaurant was already buzzing with guests—a promising sign.

Though we had no reservation, the welcoming waiter quickly found us a table, which set the tone for the evening. The menu offered a wide variety of tempting dishes, making it hard to choose. We ultimately went for a pizza with burrata and tomato, a tagliata di manzo, and a liter of red wine.

Before our meal, the staff surprised us with a complimentary omelette starter, a delightful and unexpected touch. When the food arrived, we were so eager to dive in that we only realized afterward we hadn’t taken proper photos—it was too good to wait!

The pizza was simply perfection. Having been on a quest for the ultimate Italian pizza, I can confidently say this was it. The crust was perfectly cooked, and the flavors of the fresh burrata and tomato were extraordinary. It was rich, juicy, and melted in our mouths. The tagliata di manzo was equally impressive—tender, flavorful, and expertly prepared.

For dessert, we couldn’t resist the tiramisu, and it was, without a doubt, the best we’ve ever had. To top it all off, we were treated to a complimentary grappa, a warm and generous gesture that left us smiling.

Despite the restaurant being somewhat off the beaten path, the prices were more than fair, especially given the exceptional quality of both food and service. The staff was attentive and kind, making us feel right at home.

However such a nice experience with friendly staff, fast service and good food.

The food was good. The service was something not existent. I was attending with 4 kids. Food was served at different time for each of the guests. Pizza came after more than 1 hour wait.
