La Conca Ristorante — Restaurant in Lucca

Tonight we visited La Conca at its new location on Via Romana in Lucca — and what a wonderful experience it was. We were warmly welcomed and excellently taken care of by Esra, a fellow Dutch national, which made us feel right at home.

During every holiday in Italy, we used to visit La Conca in Capannori, but we can now proudly say that this new location has become our favorite. The interior looked stunning, the atmosphere was inviting, and the food was absolutely fantastic.

Finally a lovely new restaurant in an area of Lucca with no many nice options around. We had a lovely starter (Maritozzo with chicken liver pate) and delicious paccheri ( octopus and ricotta pasta with tomato sauce ). Not a big a fan of the frolla with cherry desert, I would have prefer real cherries and not a cherry gel. With glass of wine 37 euros each. Would definitely go back and...

La Conca è una garanzia per chiunque volesse passare una giornata o una serata spaziale. Siamo state a pranzo, e il servizio è stato così cordiale e attento che sembrava di essere durante un servizio serale. La location è davvero bella e ordinata. Il personale di sala è molto educato, sorridente, disponibile, e soprattutto PROFESSIONALE. Le portate erano una più buona dell'altra. Ad ogni forchettata veniva fuori la qualità del cibo. Abbiamo chiesto di poter fare il menù alla carta invece del menù fisso a pranzo, non solo ci è stato concesso con il sorriso ( non da tutti ) ma avevano disponibilità su praticamente quasi tutti i piatti. A mio avviso significa organizzazione in cucina ed essere pronti ad andare incontro ad ogni esigenza del cliente. I dolci erano freschi e davvero squisiti. Peccato ci siano solo 5 stelle. Ne avrei date volentieti almeno 30. ...
