La stanza del gusto — Restaurant in Lucca

This restaurant has an unassuming façade, but the food and service are amazing! There isn’t a set menu as they serve what is fresh that day. They serve mainly fish themed dishes, but all were fresh and delicious. There are only 3 or 4 options per course, but it gave more than enough selection. We had linguine with prawns, lemon and pistachio as an antipasto, that was fabulous . For main course, we had seared tuna with fresh tomatoes and onion,; “fried fish” which was calamari and French fries. The calamari was some of the best we’ve ever eaten. For dessert we had tiramisu which was rich and delicious. The wine was great too! The service is friendly and helpful. I love this place!...

Se siete dalle parti di Lucca, non perdetevi questo fantastico ristorante di pesce! I piatti sono davvero molto molto buoni, poca scelta ma davvero di alta qualità; il servizio è incredibilmente veloce ed il personale è preparato, simpatico e attento alla clientela. Il prezzo? Beh, assolutamente sorprendente viste le quantità e la qualità. Non ha moltissimi posti a sedere, divisi tra sala interna climatizzata, dehor esterno e un paio di tavolini all'aperto, quindi vi raccomando di prenotare! Non sarà difficile trovare un parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze, a pochi passi dall'ingresso. Il locale, semplice ma piacevole, meriterebbe una rinfrescata.

Ci tornerei volentieri e senza dubbio...

Auf Empfehlung des Hotels und nach Lesen der Rezensionen haben wir uns für das Lokal entschieden. Von außen unscheinbar, von drinnen ein schnuckeliges kleines Lokal mit hervorragender Küche. Der Inhaber sprach englisch und hat uns (das Menü wechselt täglich je nachdem welcher frische Fisch vom Markt verfügbar war) 4 wunderbare Gänge vorgeschlagen. Alles toll präsentiert, Fisch, Muscheln und Meeresfrüchte wahnsinnig lecker und auch das Ambiente passte 1A. Freundlicher Kellner und lokales Publikum sprechen für sich. Ich empfehle das Lokal sehr sehr gerne, denn ich würde jederzeit wieder hier essen wollen. Danke für eine tolle Bewirtung und Grüße! Zahlung mit...
