We have been in this restaurant a few times during our stay in Salento and never a disappointment! Elegant athmosphere in a beautiful building, We tried a few dishes, starters, pizza, grilled meat and desserts and everything was fresh and tasty. I personally loved the selection of premium salt that comes with the grilled meat. Little detail but makes such a difference! The pistachio icecream way the best i ever had! Great food served by great staff. Had a selection of steaks and many other things and they were all very good. Local food and drinks. Restaurant is in an old large stone arched building with huge front doors built in the 1300s. Has been done very pretty inside with white marble and local stone. Out the front is comfy sofas and a canopy decked seating area. Definitely recommend a visit if...

Passeggiando per Maglie mi sono imbattuto in un locale con un Ambiente molto carino, nonostante il tutto pieno ci è stato trovato subito un tavolo per tre . Sinceramente non avrò il piacere di tornare a mangiare, io ho preso una pizza ai frutti di mare, ho chiesto cosa c’era sulla pizza per essere sicuro prima di ordinarla, ma una volta a tavola c’era ben poco del misto mare, mancavano gamberi e cozze elencati dal cameriere, ma su questo posso pure transigere, ma non sul gusto, per quanto mi abbiano assicurato del fresco, sembrava un insalata di mare presa dalla cucina e messa sulla pizza alla miglior maniera, il falso misto di mare aveva un retrogusto acidulo che sembrava quello acquistato dai supermercati, condito con carotine e sedano. Sulla pizza stonava molto e avrei preferito che mi si dicesse dall’inizio della tipologia di frutti di mare utilizzati. Della mia amica invece avevano perso la comanda ed hanno cercata di recuperare suo tempo potando le bombette di carne crude, così ho chiamato il cameriere e le hanno riportate in cucina, alla mia amica hanno portano una nuova porzione ma ormai la serata era rovinata.
