Ristorante Pizzeria La Mamma — Restaurant in Mantua

We went to “La Mamma” looking forward to a tasty pizza and a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to our expectations. The service felt a bit distant, and we didn’t feel particularly welcomed. We ended up waiting quite a while for our pizzas, which sadly didn’t suit our tastes. Overall, the atmosphere didn’t win us over. It’s a shame, because the place definitely has potential, and we hope they can improve a few things...

We’ve been here several times to eat and can honestly say that the reviews do not reflect the truth. The food and the quality of the dishes are excellent. The waiters are very friendly and attentive, always keeping an eye on everything. Many things are done here as a matter of course, things you often wait for in vain at other restaurants. Siamo in questo momento nella pizzeria, abbiamo prenotato al telefono per le 20:30 e siamo arrivati puntuali, ma il tavolo non è disponibile, oltretutto andavano avanti gli altri che non so a che ora avessero prenotato il loro tavolo e abbiamo aspettato un'ora e 10 minuti. (Per fortuna, tavolo libero! Ci è venuto anche sonno nell'aspettare così tanto). Poi ci siamo seduti alle 21:40 e ordinato le pizze, ma alle 22:10 il mio compagno si era stancato nell'aspettare e ha dato un ultimatum di chance, se non lo avessero preparato le nostre pizze nel nostro tavolo per le 22:30, saremmo andati via, pagando solo le bibite, anche se sul foglio c'è segnato le pizze, lui non lo avrebbe pagato. Comunque alla fine è arrivato le nostre pizze alle 22:15, non è un granché, ho mangiato di meglio. Non ci andremo più, sconsigliato!!! Perché devi stare li una mezza giornata per mangiare una pizza di sera perdendo tempo per fare altre cose e per divertire, invece ci siamo annoiati.
