Tre Nodi- Ristorante sul Porto di Maratea — Restaurant in Maratea

First off i like to say I have never in my life written a review. This place is very dangerous! There is nothing fresh about this food which is sad because it is on the port. The antipasto came out first which was okay, then the muscles which were not bad. But the octopus was inedible. The taste was like old frozen octopus that was defrosted quickly. Then came the first plates. Wich was a pasta with shrimp and stracciatella. This is what set it off, not only was there no flavor but the pasta was way overcooked and the best part was the head of the shrimp and the tail were 2 different species of shrimp. You could tell that the head of the shrimp were reused as a decoration because the inside was hollow and the other shrimp smelled and tasted like it was defrosted incorrectly, the meat of the tail was crumbling as soon as you cut it. I don't care about the money spent but the health of the customers is number 1 and they don't seem to know that. I am in business myself and I do not understand how this place...

After a marvelous boat ride, we stopped in for an appertif and snack. They served a calamari salad that was very elegant! The atmosphere was relaxing with tasteful music. We decided to stay for dinner to watch the sunset from their beautiful outdoor dining area, surrounded by flowers and palms and lit for perfect ambiance! Alessandra and all the wait staff were very courteous and attentive! The chefs accommodated our special requests graciously! I ordered a delicious dish of pasta and clams and entrecôte cooked to perfection paired with red wine! We finished with mixed salad and a chocolate mousse rum and almond cake that was muy delicioso! This was one of our favorite meals so far in the entire area of Capri, Positano, and Maratea!...

Sono stato in questo ristorante in estate. Ci hanno fatto accomodare fuori. La posizione è perfetta, si vede dall' alto tutto il porto di Maratea. Il locale è molto elegante e raffinato. Durante la cena c era una piacevole musica di pianoforte in sottofondo. Il servizio è adeguato alla tipologia del locale. Abbiamo mangiato in 2 e ordinato due primi da 13 euro ( sciaiatielli pesce spada e melanzane) gli altri primi erano da 14 e 15 euro. Per i secondi il più economico era da 15. Poi gli altri a salire 20,25, 30. Il pescato del giorno era 7/9 euro all' etto. Bicchieri di vino 5 euro, acqua 3.50 euro. Coperto 2.5 euro.

Per l attesa dei primi che comuque in realtà è stata breve il cameriere ci ha offerto una bruschetta di pane con sopra un alice molto buona. Abbiamo apprezzato questo gesto. Non è da tutti i ristoranti.. anzi. I primi che abbiamo mangiato erano buoni, pur capendo lo stile stile del ristorante che vuole essere elegante , a mio parere dovrebbero essere leggermente più abbondanti. Anche chi vuole andare in risotoranti eleganti vuole vedere un bel piatto pieno prima di iniziare a mangiare. Anche gli altri primi ( da 15euro) che ho visto nei tavoli vicini erano sul piccolo/elegante. Per i secondi non mi posso esprimere perché non li ho presi e non li ho visti. Nel complesso il locale fuori in estate è molto bello e per chi vuole passare una serata elegante e mangiare un piatto di pasta un po' sofisticato va benissimo. Piccola nota dolente è che come spesso accade anche in questo ristorante non fanno la ricevuta. Quello che portano al tavolo è solo un preconto provvisorio. Ho visto dalle foto delle altre recensioni che anche gli altri hanno ricevuto gli scontrini non fiscali. Ho dovuto chiedere lo scontrino...
