On top of all the incredible experiences at Lo Stuzzichino, the manager surprised us with a heartwarming gesture to celebrate our 30-year anniversary. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely bouquet of flowers, which added an extra touch of romance and made our dining experience even more special and memorable. Myself and 6 friends stayed in Sant'Agata last week and had the pleasure of dining at Lo Stuzzichino last Thursday night. From the moment we were seated in our own private area the experience began. Each staff member was as nice as the previous one, their friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the menu and suggestions on what each course offered was hugely helpful. All this quality before the food arrived but when it did I would have stood in line for hours. Each meal was beautifully prepared and presented and I can safely say each plate was licked clean. We mentioned we were holidaying in Italy to celebrate 2 big birthdays and the staff brought a cake and sang happy birthday, the fun continue when Mimmo arrived who was one of the head chefs and he entertained us with stories of his life in the restaurant and also there local garden where they grew the vegetables for the restaurant. He also took photos with us and spent loads of time with us like there were no other customers in the restaurant. The experience from start to finish was truly amazing and the locally sourced food and restaurant run by family only added to the quality, thank you from the 7 girls from Ireland, we will...

My absolute favorite dining experience during my trip to Italy was at Lo Stuzzichino! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and love of this family-owned and operated restaurant. The atmosphere is lively, upbeat, and so welcoming.

We celebrated my mother’s 70th birthday here, and the staff made her the absolute star of the night. Mimmo, the owner and chef, personally came over to greet us, checked in several times, and at the end of our meal brought out a birthday cake while leading the entire restaurant in singing “Happy Birthday.” He even gave every diner a complimentary lemon drop shot to join in on the celebration! It was such a beautiful, unforgettable moment.

The food was equally amazing. We each started with a glass of white wine, fresh caprese, grilled octopus, and the most incredible spaghetti and meatballs. I tried this dish at several restaurants during my trip, and without question, this was the best. Everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavor.

Lo Stuzzichino is the kind of place that makes you feel like family, and I cannot wait to return. Truly a must-visit in...

Two years ago we had the best meal here of our entire vacation in Italy. Since then we have watched the host, owner and lead chef, Mimmo, post videos about the food he grows in his garden and how important it is to source locally as many ingredients as possible. We returned to find Mimmo and his Lo Stuzzichino even better than before. Other than tables being spaced further apart, Lo Stuzzichino seems to be unaffected by the last 18 months or so. If anything, Mimmo has made his restaurant even better. Wanting to enjoy a broad selection of offerings from his menu, we chose the "Menu Promozionale Premiate Trattorie Italiane" for our dinner. With each course, the food delighted us. We asked the waiter for his recommendation for the wine and we found them to be perfect pairings with our food. We lingered at the table enjoying each course from appetizer through dessert, aperitivo to amaro. When you eat at Lo Stuzzichino, you will have more than a meal, you will have an experience. Like us, you will count the days until you return to see Mimmo's big smile and enjoy his fine food.
