Spent some days in South Italy with my mother, and had excellent coffee literally everywhere but had the best ones here. My mom called this place "il nostro bar"☺️, probably not only because of the great coffee, pastries and cakes, but the welcoming friendliness and kindness we experienced in this place. Ich hatte das Vergnügen, diese traditionelle Pasticceria während meines Aufenthalts jeden Tag zu besuchen – außer am Montag, da haben sie zu, und das hat mich wirklich sehr traurig gemacht! Jedes Mal war es ein kleines kulinarisches Highlight: Alles wird hier in reiner Handarbeit hergestellt, von den Fruchttörtchen über das zarte Sahnedessert mit Nutella bis hin zum himmlischen Tiramisu.

Besonders erwähnenswert ist der Verkäufer: ein großer, sehr freundlicher Mann, der auch gut Englisch spricht und mir jedes einzelne Dessert mit so viel Leidenschaft und Genuss verkauft hat – man merkt sofort, dass hier Liebe zur Handwerkskunst gelebt wird. Ich wünschte mir sehr, dass es so eine Pasticceria auch in meiner Nähe in Deutschland gäbe – leider fehlt hierzulande oft die gleiche Liebe zum Detail und zur traditionellen Handwerkskunst.
