   Read moreI donât think Iâve ever in my life experienced this bad of customer service. We were waiting for 20 minutes for food in a semi empty location. There were two staff members, one of which got sent off to clean when people were ordering? And the other which was taking orders at the slowest pace in the world. But you have to order separately to get the ticket, and then ask for that. We waited about 15 minutes to even get our ticket and then another 10 minutes to get our order. She gave us half the order, put the other half in the microwave and then gave the second half to someone else. After about 7 minutes of blatant ignoring us I repeated we were missing the second half of our order. Back into the microwave. She then tended to other customers and forgot about the order again. I had to ask again to get my order and the second staff member told me it was the other person dealing with it whilst placing another order in the microwave with my order. An absolute joke of an establishment. Would not recommend to anybody at all. Worst...

We were told by the bouncer that there were only sweets left, which we went into the queue to get. However, when it came to be our turn we were told it was âclosedâ. So, we couldnât even order the same as the people JUST in front of us, even though they still had plenty left. And then we were met with a disgusting sarcastic smile when we left, and they closed the door on us. Very bad experience. Food might be good? But...
