RUDEST SERVICE EVER. DISGUSTING. Because of covid-19 regulations the buffet is separated with a glass and to get food you have to tell the waiter what you want in your plate. There was an Indian waiter that refused to give me what I was asking for, body shaming me and laughing. I was honestly shocked, humiliated and I can't believe that someone would do this to a customer. I will certainly never go back. There are many places in navigli so if you think about going here I suggest not to, you can certainly find some place else where you won't get body shamed, objectified and made fun of in this way. Go some place else. It's not even that good.

Visiting this restaurant was a real disappointment. Despite the fact that the aperitivo food was tasty and diverse, the service left much to be desired. Our redhead waitress, in particular, was not only unpleasant but visibly unhappy with our presence. Her rude remarks and impolite behavior significantly soured our experience.

The most shocking moment of our visit was when, after just an hour of being there, the waitress literally asked us to leave. This is definitely not how customers should be treated, especially when we came here expecting to have a pleasant evening. The lack of professionalism from the staff is absolutely unacceptable.

We we're inclined to try this place since we researched a bit in the internet. When we got there the manager/host explained to us how the aperitivo/happy hour works. He mentioned the first drink is mandatory with the buffet for €10. The remaining of the drinks after that would be regular menu price. When I finished my spritz, I ordered a birra rossa 1 liter, but they refused to sell me even it being in the menu for €12 so my only option was the 0.4 liter for €6. I told the waiter that the manager told me the prices in the menu were correct for the second drink so I was expecting the manager to honor what he told me when he was convincing me to stay, but he did not.
