Burger King — Restaurant in Milan

Terrible service. I waited 15 mins in front of a line that was going outside the place. The people behind the counter preferred cleaning the ice cream machine or pretended to do other things rather than taking orders. I eventually went on a machine to order from there and then waited another 10 mins before they acknowledged me. Food quality wasn’t great either...

My worst BK experience ever.

Whopper almost without mayo and half potion of vegetables, old fries. We asked how could that happened and we've got an extra king fusion. A cup was more than half empty.

Dirty tables and disgusting toilet.

There is of course one thing what should be mentioned: it is open at midnight...

Highly NOT...

Burger King si conferma un punto di riferimento per chi cerca un pasto veloce ma gustoso. I suoi panini iconici e il servizio rapido sono sempre una garanzia, e l'atmosfera accogliente rende piacevole la visita. Apprezziamo anche l’attenzione crescente verso alternative per chi segue una dieta vegetale: il Rebel Whopper e altre opzioni plant-based sono iniziative davvero positive.

Tuttavia, io e il mio compagno crediamo ci sia spazio per ampliare ulteriormente il menù vegano. Aggiungere più varietà, come snack, dessert e opzioni più originali per i burger vegani, permetterebbe di soddisfare un pubblico sempre più attento alla sostenibilità e alle scelte alimentari etiche. Sarebbe un passo avanti importante per diventare ancora più inclusivi e moderni.

Complimenti per il percorso intrapreso e per l’attenzione al cliente, con qualche piccolo miglioramento, Burger King potrebbe davvero...
