Premetto che frequento questo ristorante da 20 anni l'ho sempre considerato ottimo sia come cucina che come servizio. Ecco perché stasera mi sono recato qui a cenare con la mia compagna e mio figlio speravo di trovare la solita qualità e attenzione. Non lascio spesso recensioni ma stavolta ci tengo a lasciarla; Purtroppo sono rimasto molto deluso nel constatare che i piatti non sono più buoni come prima e il servizio è incostante e poco attento : -gli spaghetti con le vongole che ho sempre preso erano sconditi e senza sapore.. questo mi ha deluso e anche infastidito.. -il risotto di mio figlio non convinceva sia come consistenza che per i sapori , ho pensato che era riscaldato. -il fritto misto anch'esso, che è sempre stato una certezza in questo locale, questa volta non eccelleva per croccantezza e consistenza del pesce. -sono riuscito a farmi portare il formaggio grattugiato da mettere sul risotto di mio figlio solo quando ormai era freddo, perché i camerieri non erano attenti a guardare verso il mio tavolo. Vista la risposta sorridente del NUOVO proprietario alle mie considerazioni sul degrado della qualità e della professionalità del ristorante rispetto a prima: "guardi non credo, il locale è sempre pieno ", per quanto mi riguarda non ripeterò l'esperienza. Auguro al ristorante di continuare a godere sempre della fama che si è fatta nel passato..

Aggiornamento: Scusi ma che risposta è la sua : " le lamentele l’abbiamo ricevute solo da parte sua " Guardi che i clienti non perdono tempo come me a scriverle una critica, la maggior parte dei clienti che non si trovano bene semplicemente non li vedrà più e questi inoltre le faranno cattività pubblicità tramite passa parola. Lei dovrebbe allarmarsi e rivedere i suoi standard invece che ridere in faccia ai clienti che si preoccupano di condividere con lei opinioni. E' evidente che non capisce il valore di una critica. Un ristoratore serio avrebbe ringraziato per la sincerità Questo avvalora maggiormente la mia tesi di scarsa qualità anche nella gestione e a questo punto consolida l' antipatia nei suoi confronti. Il fatto che abbia mangiato gli spaghetti e il fritto invece che mandarglieli indietro non vuol dire che mi siano piaciuti.. anzi non mandarglieli indietro è stata un' altra correttezza per lei e il suo ristornate che non si merita. Inoltre se è così sicuro di se e della sua gestione e della bravura dei suoi camerieri non si preoccupi delle mia recensione che nessuno noterà in mezzo a tante recensioni a 5 stelle. Place not that bad, it’s quiet small but they have also an outside table. Staffs are quiet nice. When it comes for food its not that bad. For plates it was good enough. portion were just fine for every person. But the peppered mussels was a small portion and they serve it on flat plate which it must served on a bowl for the soup. So I ate the mussels with a small amount of broth. Menu lots of choices. When it comes to pizza’s we’ve eaten an overcooked pizza. When we look at under of the pizza it was burnt.
