Best ramen we ever had. Super fresh food and handmade. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. They advised on what to eat to our taste. Very patient people. Io e la mia ragazza siamo passati verso tarda serata per un asporto. Siamo accolti da quello che penso sia il proprietario: una persona che ci accoglie come se ci conoscesse da tempo, con gentilezza e con simpatia estrema. Ordinato, andiamo via con la coccola del proprietario che, come farebbe il più caro dei famigliari, ci saluta assicurandosi che mangiassimo il cibo caldo, appena tornati a casa. Siamo rimasti colpiti da un simile comportamento, per la sua rarità e perché denotava genuinità. Ordiniamo due ramen con cotoletta in brodo piccante, funghi e ravioli di maiale. Tutto davvero molto squisito. La cotoletta viene servita intera nel ramen, cosa che di primo acchitto può risultare scomoda. Ma basta provare a prenderla con le bacchette che ci si accorge subito della professionalità e della bravura delle persone dietro i fornelli: la carne del ramen si "tagliava" semplicemente afferrandola con le bacchette e si scioglieva in bocca per quanto tenera. I funghi, presi sotto consiglio della mia compagna, si sono rilevati una bellissima scoperta: croccanti, anch'essi leggermente piccanti. Ottimi anche i ravioli, molto diversi da quelli dei soliti ristoranti. Si percepiva fossero fatti a mano, da una esperta.

Tornerò sicuramente in questa calda piccola "osteria" cinese.
