Selz — Restaurant in Milan

The definition of a three star Restaurant/Bar in the Guide Michelin is:“It's worth traveling a long way just to visit the restaurants.“

And i would totally subscribe that for the Selz. From the first Moment when you enter the Restaurant, you feel love and passion. For me it was like beeing invited to a family. I came as a stranger and left as a Friend. Great words, but exactly what it feels like.

So we are two foreigners wondering around Friday evening thinking about this “aperitivo” thing everyone talking about. Walked in to Selz, bartender greets in Italian, after saw our reaction he quickly get a young staff who speaks perfect English. Needless to say we are relieved. Sat down my wife ordered Aperol Spritz, I ordered Negroni. We both liked our drinks. Mine is on bitter side but put you in the zone quickly. Di solito non esprimo giudizi esageratamente positivi o negativi. Cerco di essere molto obiettivo e quando trovo dei posti molto molto particolari superlativi ecco qualora mi piace dedicare più tempo per esprimere la mia gratitudine verso queste posti che offrono un grande servizio e soprattutto per permettere a tutti coloro che vogliono avere un servizio eccellente o che vogliono avere qualcosa di unico di poterlo usufruire in questo caso, preferisco Lasciare parole perché entrando in questo bar nei pressi di Milano zona lotto sono rimasto colpito da una cosa e ve la spiego Tutti possono avere un bel bar tutti possono avere del buon cibo tutti possono fare un buon cocktail, ma non tutti possono creare un’atmosfera che renda ogni cliente partecipe dell’emozione che si vive durante un semplice aperitivo. Non tutti possono permettersi di avere uno staff coeso educato sin che è capitanato da un grande leader Poi, per secondo, ho notato un incredibile legame di tutti i clienti che potevano lasciare il locale, ma non lo hanno fatto prima che si liberasse Domenico per poterlo ringraziare assieme al suo staff del servizio.
