Toaqui Churrascaria — Restaurant in Milan

As a Native Brazilian, I can say for sure that this was the worst Brazilian restaurant . if not the worst restaurant in generalthat i've ever been in my life. I tried many other Brazilian restaurants in Milan with the same format as this one and there's no comparison. For starting, the buffet was very poor of options, so we decided to move directly to the hot appetizers and the steak. The Pão de Queijo was hard and tasted old. the fried mandioca was super dry, the fried polenta tasted sweet (?), the first cut of Picanha they brought was completely burned and dry (very over cooked), and when I ordered the chicken hearts they tasted it like GASOLINE some how... it was so bad that we couldn't even believe it. To be fair only two other cuts of steak were fine but not amazing. Overall it was a waste of money, even with 50% off is not worth it. Servizio pessimo. Attenzione ai clienti peggio. Ci hanno fatto accomodare in un tavolo e non ci hanno spiegato nemmeno come funziona il menu. (Prima volta che nessuno spiega,mai successo prima). Non c’era nemmeno il riscaldamento che ho dovuto chiedere in un secondo momento. Ci hanno cambiato i piatti per aspettare il rodizio e dopo più di 20 minuti sono arrivati i contorni caldi (al secondo sollecito). Nonostante questo passavano più volte con la carne ma senza fermarsi mai da noi, abbiamo chiesto dopo la terza volta e ci hanno risposto che non vedendo sul piatto i contorni caldi non si fermavano (in realtà già dalla seconda erano arrivati i contorni e una coppia accanto a noi aveva già ricevuto 2 tipologie di carne differente senza avere i contorni caldi al tavolo). La scusa della ragazza era: la carne era cruda non potevamo fermarci (almeno la gentilezza di dirlo o chiedere se comunque la volevamo al sangue - tra l’altro non era vero solo l’ultima volta era veramente al sangue ), tra l’altro senza scusarci dell’accaduto ma rispondendo pure male (cafona e maleducata e mi auguro non sia la titolare perché non ha propia voglia di lavorare ). Non ha tratto con i clienti. Cibo sotto la media. Cocktail con troppo alcol. Alla fine ho vomito ( il bagno pure sporco ) nel frattempo che aspettavo il desert. Il cameriere svogliato e senza attenzione al cliente . Il desert dopo 30’ e abbiamo dovuto richiederlo . Già che nessuno ce l’ha chiesto e avevamo finito da 30’ !!! Tutto assurdo!!! Going on a Monday 8ish, the ambiance of the very large room a bit sad but the super friendly knowledgeable and kind owner with young and fdynamic staff make it up.
