I recently attended an event at Cala Cerasa with a group of eight people, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. To start, the food was absolutely horrible, the spaghetti was burnt, and the rest of the dishes lacked any flavor or quality. The drinks were average at best, nothing to write home about.

However, what really ruined the evening was the behavior of the security staff. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I tried to address the issue with the owner, I got the distinct impression that the security guard was actually in charge, as the owner seemed completely disinterested in resolving the issue.

Left with no other option, I asked the security guard to at least identify himself. Shockingly, he refused and even went so far as to turn his badge around to hide his identity in front of everyone. This blatant disregard for customer service and accountability was appalling.

Overall, Cala Cerasa was a huge disappointment. Between the burnt spaghetti, terrible food, mediocre drinks, and the rude, evasive security staff, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere that values...

I recently visited the Cala Cerasa restaurant: The calamerata I had was delicious, with excellent flavor. However, I was disappointed by the portions of the spaghetti with clams and pistachios, which were truly too small for the price. Another inconvenience was the staff, who added an extra €10 to the bill for a dessert we didn't order. That was an unpleasant mishap. Overall, while the food was of good quality, the lack of attention to portions and the billing error negatively affected my experience at Cala...

This lido is really beautiful, with a cliff to the sea and an excellent view. Not for kids, because it's so rocky by the shore. At the lido there is very kind service and reasonable prices.

But their restaurant, mamma mia! Their "fritto misto" is the best EVER. And so are the other fish and seafood dishes excellent as well.

Their staff is joyful and effective, nice and polite. (Baci, ragazzi! :)

We really felt in love and this place is one of the reasons why we want to travel back to Monopoli and...
