This is a haute cuisine restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, and helpful, and spoke English very well. The serving of dishes looked very fancy. In each dish we tried we felt a very fine work of a master chef. Red prawn tartare with strawberries was an explosion of tastes that fitted really well together. Found this exceptional restaurant by accident while visiting Monreale cathedral,. Beautiful setting ,clean ,upscale. Discovered it is mostly seafood which we love . The presentation of the dishes were a gourmet delight . Almost too beautiful to eat , but we did and they were outstanding . The Sicilian cassata desert was the best I have ever had . Not speaking Italian , the staff was very accommodating to help with menu selections . I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience we had...

Best place to eat in Monreale and in the vicinity. We had caponata first (recommended by the waiter) and it was excellent. Afterwards we had pasta with lobster and citrus sauce - absolutely great.
