Terrible service, took 15 minutes for the waiter to take our order (though we started telling the waiter assistants that we were ready to order 10 minutes earlier).
Thereafter, another 45 minutes for 3 plates of pasta. Table next to us (8 people) arrived half an hour later and received their pasta dishes at the same time as us, several of them being the same as those served to our table. Bottomline: they waited to have enough people ordering the same food to start cooking it, ignoring the smaller group.
When I politely told the waiter that we felt mistreated by the long wait, he gave an unapologetic apology and started getting angry, before telling me to go enjoy the day somewhere else.

Even though the restaurant is in the middle of a busy working port, the decor is very pleasant, and diners are shielded from any traffic noise by lots of greenery.
