Food was good, but staff are lazy, we were neglected and forgotten, we waited more than half an hour for our meals to come and it was hardly busy! had to keep asking when was our meals coming out? made the mistake of ordering a simple dessert, waited almost 30 mins and still l had to ask when it was coming as they were starting to close up, in the end l said to the waiter not to bother, but then it arrived as we were leaving, it must have just been sitting in the kitchen for awhile as the ice cream...

An American food chain who does not speak English. You must point to the menu to order. Regardless, the burger tastes like frozen food, and the bacon is reheated and tasteless! Premium fries cost double the price of regular fries and they charge you another regular fries for the sauce, which should be included, a satchel of maionese tbh. On top of that, they charge you for service 1.8€ per person.

Also the Coke is horrible...

Locale della catena Old Wild West in stile Western.. Situato all'interno del centro commerciale Porto Allegro a Montesilvano.. Premesso che siamo clienti di questi locali da tempo, soprattutto di quello situato dentro il centro commerciale Megalo e di quello lunga la statale 16 a Francavilla al Mare, di cui non ho niente da dire, servizio impeccabile e personale cortese e professionale... Qui dentro invece le cose sono un po diverse.. Siamo seduti da circa 25 minuti e non è ancora venuto nessuno a chiedere di ordinare.. Nonostante il locale al nostro arrivo era occupato solo per metà.. Completamente dimenticati nonostante siamo in pieno corridoio.. Mi è capitato solo un altra volta nel locale situato a Pomezia.. Ho appena chiesto di ordinare e mi hanno detto che tra poco arrivano.. Vedo pulire i tavoli per chi sta arrivando con la prenotazione invece di prendere prima l'ordinazione a chi come noi aspetta da quasi mezz'ora.. Più gente entra e più i tempi di attesa si ullungano, più ordinazioni arrivano in cucina allo stesso momento e più la cucina va in crisi.. .... Appena ordinato dopo 30 minuti dall'arrivo... Il personale comunque è cordiale e disponibile.. Sicuramente da rivedere e migliorare...
