My group of three had the most incredible dinner here after a long, exciting day at the Monza Grand Prix. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly amazing. Our waiter was a huge help, effortlessly switching between Spanish, English, and Italian to make sure we had everything we needed. We started with the delicious empanadas, which were the perfect way to begin our meal. For the main course, we shared the Parrillada Buenos Aires, and it was absolutely outstanding. The meat was high-quality, cooked to a perfect medium-rare, and full of incredible flavor. We were so impressed that we had to try dessert, and the Flan with Dulce de leche did not disappoint. The entire atmosphere was so pleasant, but what really made the night was the personal touch from the head chef. The first impression upon entering was good. But, unfortunately, the quality of the dishes is incredibly bad: cheap meat full of scum and broken bones, served almost raw, brought to the table cold.. We told the waiter that the dish was cold and impossible to eat, and the waiter made fun of us: he took the plate with meat away and never brought it back. Instead, he asked us to pay 150 Euros for the plate that he never delivered to the table.
We considered this an abuse and called the Carabinieri Police at the emergency number 112. After the police investigation, we were exempted from paying for the poorly cooked dishes.
