This is a traditional wood-fired pizzeria away from the lungomare crowd of Muggia. Better to book as often crowded, and be wise where to park as the streets are narrow, the restaurant's lot is limited. The interior in the garden is just like in a cheap village pub, or let's say a private garden with mostly plastic furnishing, but for their pizza I would even eat sitting on the floor. Very nice staff, nice taverna atmosphere. Fried food was good, frozen, but nicely defrosted and not over fried, no taste of old oil or anything like that. Cooked food tastes like ready-made sauce from some discount shop but I guess that is what you get for that prize or they just do ready-made defrosted dishes. Excellent family restaurant. Don't let be influenced by the outlook of the place viewing from the street (there are no flashy-showy design elements on the building: there would not be any reason to have that anyway, the place is full every evening), inside you found treasury of excellent home-made food (great pizza too!) and very kind service at a really fair price.
