I just ran into the place after 9 pm. I saw a group of people were waiting inside and outside of the pizzeria. Mostly Italian customer base. Almost only Italian.. probably the only non Italians are the ones who just search an open pizza place in the late hours or the ones who just walk by when they are wandering around.

The owner and staff are kind and humble with smiles on their faces.. despite the picture of Maradona visiting the place hanging on their wall, they don't seem to care much about advertising that..

They had a deal 4 pies for 10 euros. I thought the pies may be small yet they are not small at all. They are even rather large. So I asked if it be okay to pay 5 euros for two pies instead. This was one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had, my partner and I absolutely loved our experience here. The dough was crispy with perfect thickness, the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. She had the Margherita and I had the Capricciosa. The chef (didn’t get his name) was super friendly and accommodated our pizza requests.

Tasted other pizza during our stay in Naples, didn’t find anything better, almost wish we never tasted this pizza because now my standards are too...

What a gem! We are thrilled we popped our heads in here for dinner on our way back to our Airbnb. The pizza is delicious and rustic and magic on a plate. The sauce is simple and delicious. Dough was amazing and the portions were massive! We enjoyed two beers and listened to the busy sounds of the city as people constantly came in and out for their pizza to go.
